Looks delicious! This is a very cute blog. You guys sound like a fun and great family! Not sure if you already knew this, but last year the New Orleans Road Food Festival had the world’s longest oyster po’boy. You never know what may be in store for this year! This looked so good until you said the fries come on the sandwich. Not too sure how I feel about that, but I’m sure I’d give it a go anyways. Matt has great taste in sandwiches!

When Retro Roadhusband and I visitied Primanti Brothers on a rainy day last spring (on the last leg of our Philly to Austin TX journey and back again) we ordered the same way – he got the sandwich, I got the chili. Huge indeed! I remember they had something on the menu called the #2 Pitts-burger, and when he asked what #1 was they said Iron City Beer! Needless to say we were quite stuffed alllll the way home
